Today, Jeffrey Battin, Eric Nyberg, Ph.D., and Sanjay Chopra are here to discuss their exciting new project and the possible applications. We talk about the ways that most companies are interacting currently with their consumers: where they go wrong and how the Cognistx has the potential to change everything.
Eric Nyberg was part of CMU's partnership with IBM in developing Watson, the artificial intelligence system that beat human competitors in the Jeopardy Challenge. Eric's insights are a key part of creating a smarter customer experience on ecommerce sites.

Joining The Brainfluence Podcast this week is Dan Ward. Dan is a US Air Force veteran, who after spending 20 years in the service, retired after three engineering degrees and a Bronze Star. He founded Dan Ward Consulting LLC to help companies to reduce costs, time and the complexity of their innovations.
Dan has pioneered an active approach toward simplicity. In many problem-solving situations, our natural instinct is to use a solution that actually adds complexity. Dan explains how to counter that tendency to save time and money.
